What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by SKU and pack format — trade pouches typically start at 10 kg, bulk and institutional packs by weight up to 25 kg. Exact MOQ is listed on each product page and confirmed on your quote.
Can I request samples before ordering?
Yes. Add the SKU to your quote request and mention that you'd like a sample in the notes field, or message our trade desk on WhatsApp.
What documentation do you provide with an order?
We are FSSAI Licensed (Lic. No. 12214009001027), GST registered, and Udyam & ZED certified. Batch code, manufacture date and FSSAI licence number are printed on every pack and shipper carton, and we can share test certificates on request.
How long is the shelf life, and how should products be stored?
Shelf life ranges from roughly 12 to 24 months depending on the product — see the specific SKU page. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; once opened, refrigerate and use within the printed guidance.
Do you ship pan-India, and what are the lead times?
Yes, we dispatch to trade and institutional buyers across India. Lead time depends on order size and destination — our sales team confirms this when quoting.
